Pricing Disclaimer

All pricing mentioned for Platinum by Intech Developers is indicative and subject to change without prior notice:

  • Base price: ₹4,800 per sq.ft on SBA basis
  • 2 BHK starting at ₹56,06,400 | 3.5 BHK starting at ₹86,78,400
  • Additional charges not included in base price: Car Parking ₹2,00,000 | DG Electricity ₹76,000 | Maintenance Deposit ₹50/sq.ft
  • Government charges, registration fees, stamp duty, and GST are applicable over and above all prices stated

Final pricing is as per the registered Agreement for Sale only.

Possession Timeline

The estimated possession date for Platinum by Intech Developers is May 2027. This is an estimated date based on current project progress. Actual possession may vary due to construction schedules, regulatory approvals, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Intech Developers shall not be liable for delays beyond what is specified in the registered Agreement for Sale.

Specifications published for Platinum — including flooring (vitrified tiles, marble counters), bathroom fittings (chrome-plated, glass partitions), door heights (8 ft entrance, 7 ft internal), window frames (UPVC/anodised aluminium), electrical provisions (ELCB, modular switches), parking (55 covered spaces), and infrastructure (underground drainage, EV charging, DG backup, CCTV) — are indicative and subject to revision. Final specifications are as per the Agreement for Sale.
