By accessing the Intech Developers website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Intech Developers was established in 2015 with a vision to deliver quality residential and commercial developments across Karnataka. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

  • 2 BHK units range from 1,168 to 1,300 sq.ft SBA, starting at ₹56,06,400
  • 3.5 BHK + Maid's Room units range from 1,808 to 1,960 sq.ft SBA, starting at ₹86,78,400
  • Additional charges apply: Car Parking ₹2,00,000 | DG Electricity ₹76,000 | Maintenance Deposit ₹50/sq.ft
  • Estimated possession: May 2027
  • Government charges, registration, stamp duty, and GST are not included in the above pricing

Final pricing and terms are as per the registered Agreement for Sale only.

Platinum by Intech Developers is registered under Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). Buyers are encouraged to verify all details at rera.karnataka.gov.in before making any purchase decision.

Limitation of Liability

Intech Developers shall not be held liable for any damages arising from reliance on website content, technical errors, or interruptions. All purchase decisions should be made after independent legal and financial due diligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udupi, Karnataka.
